My journey with technology started out of pure curiosity, but over the years, it has turned into a real passion for figuring out how things work and, more importantly, how to make them work better for people. I have always loved the challenge of a good puzzle, whether that is untangling a messy Wi-Fi network, giving a sluggish computer a second life, or designing a smart home system that actually behaves itself. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than using technical logic to take the frustration out of someone’s day and make their life just that little bit easier.

I set up CommaByte because I noticed how difficult it can be for individuals and families to get straightforward, honest tech support. I am not a salesman, and I am certainly not here to hit corporate targets or upsell you expensive gadgets and services you don’t actually need. Instead, I pride myself on being a problem solver. I want to sit down with you, listen to what you actually need from your tech, look at your budget, and work together to find the smartest, most practical solution for your home.

As a genuine local here in Lincolnshire, I wanted to build a service that fits around real life. That is why I offer both friendly home visits and convenient remote support during evenings and weekends, the exact times when you are actually at home and need a hand. At the end of the day, I’m just a tech-minded neighbour looking to use my knowledge and skills to help our local community stay connected. There is no jargon and no pressure, just honest, expert help when you need it most.
